CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULE | REFUNDS

Cancellations and full refunds are granted only when client cancel 2 weeks prior of their event date (does not includes deposit). If client does not cancel within the time frame client forfeit all of the amount paid. If client event is cancelled due to inclement weather, we accept rescheduling of the event date or the location with a small relocation fee of $55. Further detailed information will be provided on the contract that must be signed by all part receiving services. Contract will not be accepted without required deposit paid in full. 

Please send an email to: bellaashookahmixologybar@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule. We will confirm your cancellation and begin the refund or rescheduling process. If applicable, you will receive a refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This can usually take up to 7-10 business days. If applicable, your refund will be applied to the same payment method used for the original transaction minus any processing fees.
