NOTE: : Consultation Fee $25.00 must be paid before meeting. Fee goes toward client balance of invoice. If client chooses not to move forward with services, client have forfeit their rights of consultation fee. No negotiating.Â
CONCEPT + DESIGN:
You share inspiration images and ideas (of course make it your own style)…this is where you see the big picture. Mock setup will be provided for approval.Â
CONTRACT & VENDORS
Get ready to dive into the nitty-gritty (CONTRACT). Deposit provided to lock in date Nonrefundable. Outside vendors are contacted. Follow up calls and emails regarding update of event. Final payment provided 3 weeks prior event date. (See contract)
